Goldman Sachs / YouTubeGoldman Sachs chief economist Jan HatziusHeads up! Minutes away from the release of the Philadelphia Fed's monthly Business Outlook survey, due out at 10 AM ET.

Economists predict the survey's headline index fell to 15 from last month's 19.8 reading, suggesting continued but slowing improvement in regional business conditions.

Goldman Sachs chief economist Jan Hatzius says the Philly Fed Business Outlook release is the best predictor of future economic growth.
