Here Comes New Home Sales...

New home sales for March are out at 10 a.m. ET.

Economists polled by Bloomberg are looking for new home sales to rise 2.3% month-over-month to an annualized pace of 450,000 units.

This compares to a 3.3% fall to 440,000 the previous month.

Housing starts disappointed in March, but as the weather warms up, some economists expect housing starts to rebound in the spring.
