Here Comes New Home Sales...

New home sales for December are out at 10 a.m. ET.

Economists polled by Bloomberg are looking for new home sales to fall 1.9% month-over-month to an annualized rate of 455,000.

This compared with a 2.1% fall to 464,000 in November.

New home prices have been rising and they aren't spending very long on the market.

Housing starts continue to fall and the extreme cold are expected to be weighing on housing data.
