Here Comes Mario Draghi's Press Conference...

European Central Bank president Mario Draghi is set to hold a press conference at the bottom of the hour.

The press conference comes after the latest monetary policy decision from the ECB, which saw the bank unexpectedly cut interest rates.

The ECB cut its main refinancing rate to 0.05%, its marginal lending facility to 0.3%, and its deposit facility to -0.2%.

These rates were expected to remain unchanged at 0.15%, 0.4%, and -0.1%, respectively.

A report from Reuters just ahead of the ECB announcement said the ECB is planning a 500 billion Euro asset purchase program. Reuters said if this plan is agreed to, Draghi will announce it during this press conference.
