HERE COMES INITIAL JOBLESS CLAIMS...

At 8:30 a.m. ET, the Department of Labor will publish its latest weekly tally of initial weekly unemployment claims.

Economists believe claim fell to 336,000 from 348,000 a week ago.

"Jobless claims fell in the week of Feb. 15 then jumped in the following week," noted UBS's Kevin Cummins. "Smoothing through the volatility, the trend has been mostly sideways, despite severe winter weather. We forecast a slight improvement in the upcoming week."
