Here Comes Consumer Confidence...

The University of Michigan's August consumer confidence report is out at 9:55 a.m. ET.

Economists polled by Bloomberg are looking for a reading of 80.5.

The preliminary report for August showed consumer confidence fell to 80, from a six-year high of 85.1 in July.
