Heads up! Minutes away from the release of the final results of the University of Michigan's September consumer confidence survey, due out at 9:55 AM ET.

Economists expect the headline index to come in at 78.0, better than the preliminary reading of 76.8 released earlier this month but still well below August's 82.1 reading.
