Construction spending for November is out at 10 a.m. ET.

Economists polled by Bloomberg are looking for construction spending to rise 0.6% month-over-month, compared with a 0.8% rise in October.

Homebuilder confidence surged to 58 in December but economists are expecting home prices to cool going forward.
