Google brings Daydream View VR headset in India for Rs. 6499

Google has been talking about it's virtual reality device for sometime now and the tech giant today launched it's Daydream View Headset and controller. The VR headset will be available on Flipkart for ₹ 6,499 starting today. Clay Bavor, Vice President of Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality at Google said, “Our aim is to make the VR experience mobile so that customers can easily carry it anywhere with them. We at Google are also working with developers, smartphone companies, and content creators to make VR accessible to all.”
It seems the timing is perfect for Google as these has been a huge jump in available content online with the growth of streaming companies in India. Apart from series and movies users can also enjoy full 360° panoramic view for live events.
Google's first made by Google phone Pixel has been already launched in India and both the devices are Daydream-ready phones. Other than the Google phones, users can experience Daydream on the Moto Z and the company says it will be coming soon to Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+.
Made with fabric, the Google VR headset comes with a controller too. Daydream View is packed with sensors that respond to a user’s movement and gestures, so that you can take a swing or wave.

Daydream comes with a few Games m and Apps including Guardian VR, The Turning Forest, Labster: World of Science, Netflix VR, Google Play Movies, Within, Fantastic Beasts etc.
Launch offers: PhonePe users on Flipkart that buy Daydream via UPI will get a flat ₹ 300 off on payment. Also the first 30 customers will receive a Google Chromecast free, and the first 50 customers will receive a Google Play Store Credit worth ₹500.
