The main key factors that affect the Real Estate industry are the fluctuating market dynamics and unpredictable global situations. To discuss the future of the Global Luxury real estate market, North India Sotheby’s International Realty will debate and discuss about it at Global Luxury Realty Conclave in association with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). The event will be held in New Delhi on February 25-26 at The Taj Palace Hotel.

The two-day event scheduled at The Taj Palace Hotel will provide a unique platform to interact with top business minds in the Luxury Real Estate industry. The event will cover an extensive range of topics of interest to the stakeholders such as ‘Impact of changing policies on Indian real estate’; ‘Evolving real-estate market and trends’; ‘Impact of international events on global real estate’, ‘Factors affecting Indians buying abroad’; ‘NRI potential across the world’, ‘Citizenship by investment’ and many more.

“We aim to put together our knowledge, experience and resources to host a remarkable global real estate program,” said Chandrajit Banerjee, Director General, Confederation of Indian Industry.

It will have an international networking platform comprising of real estate industry experts, select international & domestic developers, tax advisories, HNIs, creative leaders, as well as luxury observers and innovators.

Also, an exhibition showcase of Indian & International properties along with panel discussions on the real estate sector will be held.
