GENE MUNSTER: What to expect from Apple 'the fortress' in 2017

Piper Jaffray analyst Gene Munster gave a presentation on Apple's future at Business Insider's IGNITION conference on Wednesday.

His presentation, titled 'The Fortress,' addressed the widespread impressions that Apple may be missing out on future technologies like automotive and AR.

Munster addressed Apple's services business, or the company's bid to compete more directly with companies like Google and Microsoft for online services.

He also covered the future for Apple's hobbies, or products like Apple Watch and Apple TV that don't necessarily get the same amount of investor attention as the iPhone.
