After quitting IPL, Sundar Raman finds solace in Reliance Industries

Sundar Raman, who resigned as IPL COO, will now head the sport’s arm of Reliance Industries.

As per reports, Raman will also head the content team of Reliance Jio Infocomm, a 4G service which is going to be launched soon.

Although Raman had resigned from IPL, which is laden with spot-fixing scandals and controversies, many people in the industry say he was asked to resign.

The Reliance Industries owns the IPL team, Mumbai Indians.

Raman is under spotlight for 2013 spot fixing scandal.
