The Mi Smart Band 5 comes with health features such as heart rate monitoring, stress monitoring with a guided breathing exercise, and menstrual cycle tracking. It also has 24/7 sleep monitoring along with REM. You can use the fitness band for swims as it has 5ATM water resistance. It also comes with 11 professional sports modes.
The Huawei Band 6 has a 1.47-inch AMOLED display and it can double as a mini smartwatch as well. It offers a 2-week battery life on typical use and 10 days for heavy use. It is also said to give up to 2 days of battery life with just 5 minutes of charging. This fitness band comes with 96 different exercise modes along with tracking your heart rate and calories.
