The highest-paid analysts have MBA degrees. Of course, the majority of analysts only hold Bachelors, rather than Masters, degrees.
At the associate level, the highest earners have MBAs as well, followed by Masters in Finance.
Master of science grads take home the highest salaries at the vice-president level, followed closely by MBAs.
Masters of science holders also earn the highest salaries at the director level, with an average $265,000 base salary and $269,000 bonus.
At the most senior level, managing director, it's a close call, but masters in science-holders come out ahead with a total $805,000 compensation on average.
There was not enough data to include Bachelor of Arts holders at the MD level.
