Here's an exclusive look inside a block of 3 luxury flats, each with secret features
The three flats have a concierge and the middle apartment and penthouse flat are accessible by a lift, with a passcode, and via the stairs. It took 2.5 years to convert and finish the flats due to planning permission and the owners having to serve tenants their notice.

The stunning property development was originally six flats but the couple that bought the block of apartments, converted it into 3 ultra-luxurious properties.

The penthouse flat has an asking price of £8.95 million and has three bedrooms.

Allibe worked closely with the Middle Eastern couple who wanted the place to have a Moroccan influence mixed in with a slick European feel throughout. She said they even travelled to the country all together so they could pinpoint what colours and styles they liked.

The first thing that hits you about the property is the fresh smell throughout. She said her and her clients actually created the scented candles from scratch and picked a fragrance together specifically for the property.

All the bedrooms are decorated differently and all hold different luxurious textures and colours.

They all, of course, have en-suite bathrooms with televisions.

All the bathrooms are marble and the sinks were inspired by church christening fonts, said Allibe. Even the marble shelves had a secret feature of being heated, so it's a prettier way of drying your towels, rather than having unsightly radiators.

Allibe said she worked with her clients to design this pattern into the marble which was eventually sourced from New York, US.

The kitchens are light and airy and every possible space has been used, including an outside herb garden by the window.

Each of the three flats also have a study.

The middle apartment is the m?ost expensive out of the three at £9.55 million.

Like all the flats, it has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a study.

However, it also has a front facing balcony, adorned with greenery next to the lounge.

It also has an incredible winding staircase to take you to the second floor to the bedrooms.

Its dining area opposite the lounge is also incredibly spacious and light.

And there's an enormous walk-in wardrobe too where everything is hidden behind panels.

In the centre of the room is a display cabinet for cuff links, watches, and jewellery.

The ground floor flat comes in the cheapest at £7.85 million. It's open plan dining and kitchen area is pretty exquisite.

There's a small office/waiting room area too.

But the outside private garden is a huge selling point for the flat.

It even looks incredible at night.

What is perhaps the most interesting and coolest feature is that glass slab on the floor which doubles as a secret feature.

The glass slab on the garden floor is completely opaque ...

But with the flick of a switch on a remote control, it turns it into a massive skylight.

When you go down some stairs to the basement level, there's an incredible foyer leading you into the main lounge area.

It's of course absolutely sumptuous with rich furnishings.

There's even another little area that is next to the lounge, so you can go outside for a cigarette without having to go upstairs.
