Once it is downloaded on your mobile, start the registration process. Enter the bank’s registered mobile number and click on generate OTP. Enter the OTP received and then log on to the app. You need to add the bank details. Once this is done, the UPI automatically detects the account connected to your mobile number and displays the last four digits of your account. Once you confirm it, your new UPI ID will be generated. After verification, the UPI passcode of your choice will be activated and you can continue to use the UPI app for balance check and also to make financial transactions.
