FAA Halts All Departures At Los Angeles International Airport

Takeoffs have been halted at Los Angeles International Airport due to "computer issues," KTLA is reporting.

The "ground stop" only applies to departing flights, an FAA spokesperson told Reuters.
"Right now, we are in a slow period at the airport, but we don't know how things will look at 5 p.m.," LAX Spokeswoman Nancy Sue Castles told NBC Los Angeles.
