It's official: Apple's going to launch new stuff on September 12.

The tech giant sent out invitations to its annual big iPhone launch on Thursday.

It's safe to say this is one of Apple's most important launches in years. The most valuable company in the world is expected to launch several new products, including a new flagship iPhone that Wall Street hopes spurs a "supercycle" of sales.
