<p>The Spanish IBEX 35 is leading the way, currently up 1.8%, with the Italian FTSE MIB not far behind, 1.7% higher. Meanwhile, the German DAX and the French CAC 40 are both up 1.1%, and the London FTSE is up 0.9%.</p>
<p>In the United States, S&amp;P 500 futures are rallying, currently up 0.4%.</p>
