European Markets Are Flying Higher
Wikimedia CommonsFrance's flash PMI reading surprised to the downside this morning, but Germany's came in better than expected, as did figures for the eurozone as a whole, and markets across Europe are flying higher.
The Spanish IBEX 35 is leading the way, currently up 1.8%, with the Italian FTSE MIB not far behind, 1.7% higher. Meanwhile, the German DAX and the French CAC 40 are both up 1.1%, and the London FTSE is up 0.9%.
In the United States, S&P 500 futures are rallying, currently up 0.4%.
