Wasteland Workshop: Available in April for $5

From Bethesda:

"With the Wasteland Workshop, design and set cages to capture live creatures – from raiders to Deathclaws! Tame them or have them face off in battle, even against your fellow settlers. The Wasteland Workshop also includes a suite of new design options for your settlements like nixie tube lighting, letter kits, taxidermy and more!"

Far Harbor: Available in May for $25

Far Harbor: Available in May for $25

From Bethesda:

"A new case from Valentine’s Detective Agency leads you on a search for a young woman and a secret colony of synths. Travel off the coast of Maine to the mysterious island of Far Harbor, where higher levels of radiation have created a more feral world. Navigate through the growing conflict between the synths, the Children of Atom, and the local townspeople. Will you work towards bringing peace to Far Harbor, and at what cost? Far Harbor features the largest landmass for an add-on that we’ve ever created, filled with new faction quests, settlements, lethal creatures and dungeons. Become more powerful with new, higher-level armor and weapons. The choices are all yours."

There's even more to come.

Beyond these three expansions, Bethesda says it plans to release "more than $60 worth of new 'Fallout' adventures and features" throughout the year.

If you want to own all these expansions — and any other "Fallout 4" content released in the future — you should buy the $30 Season Pass. But move quickly: After March 1, Bethesda is increasing the price of the Season Pass to $50, and it's possible the price will go even higher when future expansions are ready to launch. So definitely buy a Season Pass now to ensure you get all the future "Fallout 4" content for just $30 instead of $50 or more.

Bethesda is also updating "Fallout 4" on a regular basis for all players, but those updates mostly relate to graphics and gameplay. And soon, the "Fallout 4" creation kit will let people create and play with modifications absolutely free. But if you're interested in new "Fallout 4" content aside from mods and texture upgrades, the Season Pass is where it's at.
