It was a family sitcom, and was liked by kids and adults alike.

Not only do we remember the title track like at the back of our hand, we also remember the names of all the characters and actors. It was based on the lives of a group of class 12th at the fictional DeNobili High School in Mumbai, and showed the adventures and turbulences of these teenagers. This is the show that inspired a whole generation of Indian kids to have fun in their senior schools and colleges. The actors from this show, who were struggling at that time, went on to make a name for themselves in the television industry. Some of the names are Purab Kohli, Vishal Malhotra, Rushad Rana, Peeya Rai Chowdhary, Samantha Tremayne, Sharokh Bharucha, Zafar Karachiwalla, and Mehul Nisar.

The show starred Sushma Seth, NK Shivpuri, Navin Nischol, Farida Jalal, Shekhar Suman, Bhawana Balsaver, Vishal Singh, Nattasha Singh, Sunny Singh and Karishma Acharya. Actors like Amar Upadhyaya and Urvashi Dholakia made special appearances on the show which was produced by Jaya Bachchan under Saraswati Audio Visuals Pvt Ltd, and was aired on Doordarshan.
