The Panvel farm house is reported to be more than Rs 40 crores and is named after Arpita Khan, Salim and Helen Khan’s adopted daughter.

The nawab of Pataudi has inherited many things from his
family, and this includes the property his family owns
in Pataudi, Haryana. Reportedly, Saif, who became the 10th nawab of Pataudi after
the demise of his father Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, inherited the
family property worth Rs 750 crore along with his sisters
Saba and Soha. However, the actor doesn’t wish to get the property valued
by experts, saying it is beyond value for him. In Mumbai, Saif and
his actress wife Kareena Kapoor Khan live on the 10th floor
of the Fortune Heights building in Bandra and own four houses in the
building across their home, valued at Rs 12 crore each.
The 3BHK floors are spread over 3000 sq feet each.

The worth of this six-storeyed bungalow is estimated to be above Rs 100 crore. Mannat has been declared as a heritage property, which prevents it from ever being demolished. Other than Mannat, SRK owns a villa in Dubai's Palm Jumeirah that comes with a private beach and a prime property in the Park Lane area of London that he acquired in 2009 for an approximate sum of Rs 18 crores.
