Kelsey Anderson is establishing herself as a frontrunner for tennis pro Joey Graziadei's heart on this season of "The Bachelor."

The 25-year-old is one of the 32 women chosen to compete on season 28 of ABC's hit reality TV show. Though she's mostly flown under the radar, Joey was quick to sense he and Kelsey might be compatible.

"There's just this honest chemistry and connection that we have," Joey said during the season premiere. "There's something about Kelsey that is just very striking to me."

Here's what to know about Kelsey.

She's a junior project manager based in New Orleans

Kelsey studied at Saint Leo University in Florida, where she earned an associate's degree in general studies and humanities and a bachelor's degree in project management. She's been employed as a project assistant at Landmark Consulting LLC since September 2022, per her LinkedIn profile.

During her limo exit, Kelsey paid homage to New Orleans by gifting Joey with a voodoo doll dressed in a tuxedo and holding a tennis racquet.

Her parents met as military police officers and she grew up on a US military base in Germany

Family is important to Kelsey, and she has a tattoo on her wrist of four lines, which symbolize her siblings.

On the season premiere, Kelsey said that she looked up to her parents' relationship. It wasn't until her one-on-one date with Joey in Spain during episode five that Kelsey shared more about her parents, who met in the military, and revealed to him that her mom died from cancer.

Kelsey's mom was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011 and it spread to her bones and liver. Her mom died on February 11, 2018.

Her favorite celebrity couple is Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively

Reynolds and Lively met through the 2011 DC Comics movie "Green Lantern." They've been married since 2012 and have four daughters.

"I love how fun and loving they are," Kelsey said in an interview with BachelorNation.com. "A good sense of humor is a MUST. They look so in love and have so much fun together!"

Her celebrity crush is Michael Strahan

Strahan is a former NFL star who's since made a name for himself as a host on "Live With Kelly and Michael" and "Good Morning America."

"He seems so sweet and I dig the tooth gap," Kelsey told BachelorNation.com.

"The Bachelor" season 28 airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
