"Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power" releases episodes weekly on Amazon Prime.
The prequel series is set in the second age before Sauron gave out the rings.

Adar, which means father in Elvish, was an elf who turned to serve Morgoth and his successor Sauron. He now commands the Orc army.
