Rick Ross put on his veterinarian hat as he saved a turtle from getting run over at his Promise Land estate earlier this week.
In footage shared by HipHopDX, the "Diced Pineapples" rapper can be seen picking up the tiny reptile, which had found its way onto one of the roads at his Georgia estate, and moving it towards the grass.
"So if you think we only got bulls and horses on the Promise Land, you're wrong," said Ross, whose Mercedes Maybach was parked in the background of the shot.
"I make traffic stop for the turtles too," he added.
As Ross alluded to when saving the turtle, the 47-year-old star keeps various animals on his Georgia property, including horses, cows, and a pair of buffalo, which were reportedly given to him last year for his birthday by the clothing company Ethika.
Earlier this month, the buffalo, one of which is named Timbuktu, escaped from Promise Land and were found roaming around his neighbor's yard.
Ross' neighbor, who lives on a plot of land behind the rapper, shared a video of the animals tearing through her yard and chewing on her grass. In the video, a group of people can be seen trying to usher the pair of buffalo, and a stray cow, off her property.
The unnamed woman told TMZ that the 2,000-pound animals being on her lawn was making her fear for the safety of her two young children.
Ross responded to his neighbor's concerns by way of a number of Instagram stories.
"They are just grazers, they are not meat eaters," Ross said in one story.
In another, he said: "When you see my buffalo, give it a carrot, give it an apple. They so kind. They so peaceful. Thanks everybody for watching. Thanks everyone for making sure my animals got back into the Promise Land."
