  • Nicole Kidman shared an homage to Taylor Swift's new album, "Folklore."
  • The actress posted a video Friday on Instagram showing her dressed in costume during the filming of the 2017 movie "The Beguiled."
  • Kidman's hair and outfit were reminiscent of the costuming for Swift's "Folklore" album art, and fans are loving the comparison.
  • "This just made me GRIN," Swift wrote on Kidman's post. "You're the greatest."

Taylor Swift surprised fans with her eighth studio album, "Folklore," on Friday at midnight.

It didn't take long for fans of Swift to express their excitement for her newest collection of music, which the artist announced just one day before its release.

Celebrity fans of the musician have also been celebrating Swift's surprise album — including Nicole Kidman, who shared a video Friday on Instagram as an homage to "Folklore."

"#Folklore Sisters... Love this album," Kidman wrote.

On the set of #BeguiledMovie #Folklore Sisters... Love this album xx

Swift left commented on Kidman's post, writing: "This just made me GRIN. You're the greatest."

Kidman's video shows her dancing and singing (not to a Swift song — but rather to "Blue Ain't Your Color" by Keith Urban) in full costume, which she wrote was on the set of the 2017 film "The Beguiled." Kidman's curled and pinned hairstyle looks similar to Swift's in the "Folklore" cover art, which was photographed by Beth Garrabrant.

In the video, Kidman's dress also appeared to be reminiscent of the style featured in Swift's music videos for her new album. In her "Cardigan" music video, Swift is sporting hair and makeup looks that she styled herself, which she revealed in an Instagram post on Thursday.

Swift also said on Instagram she had a medical inspector oversee the socially-distant music video shoot.

An Instagram post from Comments By Celebs pointed out the resemblance of Kidman in her throwback video and Swift in her "Folklore" album art. One fan wrote that the duo was "the collab we didn't know we needed."
