Meghan King said on Monday that she and husband Cuffe Owens, President Joe Biden's nephew, had split up after two and a half months of marriage.

"I am rattled," King continued. "This situation is profoundly devastating. This is obviously not what I imagined when I made my vows — and I'm shocked and saddened by the way things turned out.
"I am moving forward with my children as we privately process our pain and begin to let go of shattered dreams," King wrote.
King asked for "grace and gentle kindness as I navigate this labyrinth of grief with my family."
She and Owens, a Los Angeles attorney and the son of the president's sister, Valerie Biden Owens, were married in October in a small ceremony at Owens' parents' house in Pennsylvania. Joe and Jill Biden were in attendance.
King announced her relationship with Owens in an Instagram post on September 25. King told Brides in October that they'd met on a dating app and that their first phone call ended with Owens booking a flight to St. Louis to see her. A week later, they were "starting to plan our future together," she said at the time.
King, a cast member of the Bravo series "Real Housewives of Orange County" from 2015 to 2017, has three children with her ex-husband, Jim Edmonds. She and Edmonds married in 2014 and finalized their
