Steven and Sabrina seemed like a match made in heaven on "Love Is Blind: UK," but fans were shocked when they discovered during the cast reunion that they had split.
The couple were a fan favorite and didn't clash on "Love Is Blind: UK," a spin-off of Netflix's popular show "Love Is Blind."
But when they appeared at the "Love Is Blind: UK" reunion on Monday, roughly a year after filming for the series wrapped, they were tense and sat on opposite sides of the room.
Sabrina claimed they split because Steven's broke his word on spending time between their homes in Belfast and London, and supporting her new business. She also said he didn't accommodate her in his life.
"The communication was awful. There was no consistency in Steven's behavior toward me and the relationship," Sabrina said.
Steven said financial problems strained the relationship, and prevented him from traveling often to Belfast, where Sabrina lived. He claimed Sabrina lied about why the relationship went sour, and said it just "lost its spark" in the real world.
Many fans were shocked by the split.

After the reunion, fans seemed to side with Sabrina over Steven. Support for her intensified after a clip from a cast interview with IGV Presents published on Tuesday was shared on X. In the video, Sabrina said Steven brought his ex-girlfriend to their wedding.

On Tuesday, Steven told BBC News that he felt "hurt and betrayed" by how he was portrayed in the reunion.
"My emotions are still very fresh and raw, so I'm just trying to navigate those waters at the moment. There's a lot on social media that is being said that isn't true, and I'm trying not to react to that," Steven said. "I know who I am, I know what happened and my friends and family know and that's all that matters."
Steven also confirmed the pair are getting their marriage annu;led.
Season one of "Love Is Blind: UK" is available to stream on Netflix.
