Kim Kardashian stayed mum about her then-burgeoning relationship with comedian Pete Davidson on Thursday's episode of "The Kardashians," titled "Who Is Kim K?"

When asked by an off-screen producer who she was texting as she prepared to film interviews for the show, presumably in early November 2021, she laughed and said, "Leave me alone," keeping her eyes squarely on her phone.

"That's a big smile," the producer noted. "Does his name rhyme with 'feet'?" Kardashian laughed in response, but didn't answer.

This exchange came after a clip from Kris Jenner's birthday dinner, where Kourtney's ex Scott Disick asked Kardashian how her previous evening was. "I FaceTimed you," Disick said to Kardashian.

"I was probably busy," Kardashian answered coyly.

Jenner's birthday was on November 5, 2021, right around the time Kardashian was seen dining out with Davidson in New York City two nights in a row.

In conversation with Disick and family friend Ellen DeGeneres at Jenner's party, Kardashian called Davidson "truly the sweetest, nicest human being on the planet."

"But aren't you just having a good time?" Disick asked, prompting Kardashian to dodge giving out too many details in front of the cameras again.

"I'll tell you guys later," she answered.

Davidson and Kardashian didn't confirm their romance until February 2022. When asked about an average day in his life by "People (The TV Show)," Davidson referred to "his girlfriend," Kardashian.

"Well, I don't really have Instagram — I don't have Instagram or Twitter or any of that stuff. So, most of my daily life is getting into cars and showing up to a set," he said, adding, "Or, if I'm off, I just either hang with my friends or chill with my girlfriend inside. So I don't do much."

Kardashian posted her first Instagram photo with Davidson in March 2022. Also in March, Kardashian addressed their relationship for the first time publicly in an interview with Variety to promote "The Kardashians" and confirmed that Davidson would not appear in the first season.

"I have not filmed with him," she told Variety. "And I'm not opposed to it. It's just not what he does."

Kardashian continued: "But if there was an event happening and he was there, he wouldn't tell the cameras to get away. I think I might film something really exciting coming, but it wouldn't be for this season."

The couple has since made their first public appearances together at the White House Correspondents Dinner and the Met Gala on April 30 and May 2, respectively.
