Justin Timberlake was arrested Monday night in the Hamptons on charges of driving while intoxicated, Business Insider has confirmed.

Timberlake, 43, was arrested in Sag Harbor, New York. He was released without bail on Tuesday. His next court date is July 26, several outlets reported.

CNN reported that Timberlake left the American Hotel in Sag Harbor before he was arrested. In addition to the DWI charge, he was cited for running a stop sign and failing to keep in his lane.

The 10-time Grammy winner has two concerts scheduled in Chicago this weekend and two shows in New York City next week as part of the Forget Tomorrow World Tour. The tour is in support of his sixth studio album, "Everything I Thought It Was." After shows in the US, Timberlake is set to take the tour to Europe for the summer and fall.

Along with his 10 Grammy wins, Timberlake has four Emmys and was nominated for an Oscar for best original song for "Can't Stop the Feeling!" from the 2016 movie "Trolls."
