Christopher Nolan's Peloton instructor has more to say about his movies — but this time, her comments are more complimentary.

On Wednesday, Nolan mentioned that a Peloton instructor slammed one of his movies while he was taking a virtual class. Not long afterward, a video surfaced online showing instructor Jenn Sherman bashing the director's 2020 movie "Tenet."

Sherman took to her Instagram on Friday to address the viral moment, admitting that the situation occurred during a "dark time" in 2020 and said she was just "running my mouth off like I'm known to do."

"I may not have understood a minute of what the hell was going on in 'Tenet,' that shit went right over my head," Sherman said. "But, I have seen 'Oppenheimer' twice, and that's six hours of my life that I don't ever want to give back."

She also invited Nolan to come to her studio to work out with her, promising that the class would be "insult-free."

While accepting the best director award from the New York Film Critics Circle earlier this week, Nolan used his Peloton experience as an example of how opinions about his movies are everywhere.

"I was on my Peloton. I'm dying. And the instructor started talking about one of my films and said, 'Did anyone see this? That's a couple hours of my life I'll never get back again!'" Nolan told the room full of critics at the event, according to Variety. "When [film critic] Rex Reed takes a shit on your film he doesn't ask you to work out!"

On Thursday, a video surfaced online of Sherman's Peloton class. During it, she notes that she's playing Travis Scott's song "The Plan," which is featured on the "Tenet" soundtrack.

"Anybody see this shit? Did anyone see this besides me? 'Cause I need a manual. Someone's got to explain this," Sherman said in the video.

She continued: "Yeah, I'm not kidding. What the fuck was going on in that movie? Do you understand? Seriously, you need to be a neuroscientist to understand. That's two and a half hours of my life that I want back. I want it back."
