Nicolas Cantu plays the fearless leader of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Leonardo.

The hot-headed Raphael is played by Brady Noon.

Micah Abbey is the voice behind the genius turtle, Donatello.

Shamon Brown Jr. rounds out the turtle group, playing Michaelangelo.

April O'Neal, a New York journalist who befriends the turtles, is voiced by Ayo Edibiri.

Jackie Chan will play the turtles' sensei, Master Splinter.

Producer Seth Rogen joins Cena as his hedgehog partner, Bebop.

"What We Do in the Shadows" star Natasia Demetriou will play Wingnut.

Paul Rudd will be portraying a Mondo Gecko, a mutant gecko skateboarder.

Ice Cube appears to be playing an original character called Superfly.

Finally, Maya Rudolph will also be playing a new character, Cynthia Utrom.
