Amber Heard accused her Aquaman co-star Jason Momoa of being drunk and dressing like her ex-husband Johnny Depp while on set, Variety reported, citing court documents.

"Jason said he wanted me fired. Jason drunk — late on set. Dressing like Johnny. Has all the rings too," the entertainment publication reported, reproducing the notes taken by Heard's therapist. Variety said the notes were part of the court documents from Heard and Depp's defamation suits last year.

A spokesperson for DC, told Variety that Momoa had "conducted himself in a professional manner at all times on the set of 'Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.'" A representative for Momoa declined to comment when approached by Variety.

A person who was on set told Variety that while Momoa "likes to have a beer once in a while like everyone," the star "doesn't show up drunk to set." Variety did not name the source.

"And he isn't dressing like Johnny Depp. He has always dressed in that bohemian style," the person added.

Representatives for Heard and Momoa did not immediately respond to requests for comment from Insider sent outside regular business hours.

During her defamation trial against Depp in May last year, Heard said while on the stand that she "fought really hard to stay in the movie" and had to settle for a "very pared-down version of that role."

Kathryn Arnold, an entertainment industry expert who served as Heard's witness, testified in May 2022 that Heard was only able to retain her role in the film because Momoa had fought for her.

"Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom," the sequel to 2018's "Aquaman," is set to hit theaters on December 20.
