There is a "Ninja Warrior"-like training course on set for Efron and his costar The Rock to work out on. Efron said he's been training for "months and months" to reach this level.

Efron shared some of his diet to help maintain his physique. It consisted of "nine days of absolutely zero carbs and sugar. Only organic grass fed/free range protein and organic leafy greens."
