Netflix acquired distribution rights to this indie drama starring Paul Rudd as a man who becomes a caregiver to earn money after suffering a tragedy. He and his first client embark on a road trip.

"Tallulah" (TBD)
Netlflix also acquired distribution rights to this indie drama about Lu, a fiercly independent woman who "rescues" a baby after her drunken mother leaves her in Lu's care.

"Amateur" (TBD)
After releasing a prequel short and looking for backers on Kickstarter, writer and directer Ryan Koo has found a distributor for a feature-film version in Netflix.
Koo's discription: "An amateur video of 13 year-old Terron Forte playing basketball hits the internet and turns his life upside down. Terron is soon nationally ranked among other 7th graders and declared to be 'the next Dwayne Wade' despite being in middle school.
"As a result of this exposure, free athletic gear and various hangers-on find their way to the doorstep of Terron’s school, and he learns about the youth basketball world and the recruiting machine that powers it. With his newfound fame, he must choose between educational institutes, father figures, and belief systems.
"A few years from now Terron could be a millionaire, but right now all he has is basketball. It’s a lot for anyone to handle — much less a 13-year-old."
"I Am the Pretty Thing That Lives in the House" (TBD)
The film follows a young nurse as she cares for an elderly best-selling author of ghost stories. Unfortunately for the nurse, the author's country home is haunted by ghosts of its own.

"ARQ" (TBD)
Written and directed by Tony Elliott, a writer from "Orphan Black," "ARQ is a sci-fi post-apocalyptic thriller set in a world where the oil has run out. There is a technology that could help end the wars that have taken over the world, but it also forces an engineer and his friends to relive the same day over and over."

"Clinical" (TBD)
Vinessa Shaw will star in this thriller about a psychiatrist dealing with the aftermath of a violent attack, while also helping another patient with his own terrifying past.
"Underground" (TBD)
Gerard McMurray's feature-film directorial debut will center on a student experiencing intensive hazing while pledging a fraternity and his choice to expose it or not.
