Vakili came to the U.S. to attend Yale, where she graduated in 2013.
She has over 6,000 followers on her Instagram account, where she documents her glamorous life.
She dated Australian model-actor Jason Dundas on and off for the past five years before the two reportedly split this September.
The sisters seem to be very close and spend a lot of time together, often documenting their adventures.
Wearing designer ball gowns in the office.
And appearing in viral videos with Anna Wintour.
But she also finds time to relax, often taking luxurious vacations.
Vakili's co-assistant, Lily Stav Gildor, keeps more of a low profile, with only 749 Instagram followers.
Gildor had internships at LACMA and Gagosian Gallery before she entered the fashion industry as an intern at Black Frame PR.
But she clearly loves the Vogue gig, often posting photos from events with her fellow assistants.
Or appearing in the Condé Nast web series "73 Questions."
In her free time, she knows how to throw a chic picnic.
Lili Göksenin is the veteran assistant of the trio, having worked for Anna Wintour for nearly two years, according to The Daily Front Row.
After graduating from NYU in 2009, Göksenin worked at the now-defunct White House Project, and later as an assistant at Hearst Digital Media before joining Vogue at Condé Nast. The least active of the trio on Instagram, she has under 600 followers.

With Vogue's offices moving last week from Times Square to One World Trade Center, the girls had their work cut out for themselves.
