15. Robert Baratheon

King Robert was quite a delight. Sure, he was a drunk and kind of yelled at everybody and was a terrible king, but he was a lovable character gone way too soon. He also provided some of the only comedic relief this show has ever had.

Time of death: Season 1, episode 7, "A Man Without Honor"

Cause of death: Wounded by a wild boar on a hunting trip after drinking wine given to him by his squire, Lancel Lannister, under orders from Cersei Lannister.

Sadness ranking: 7.5. He just wasn't fit to be a king, especially of a place like Westeros. He was too lazy for the gig and it ended up being his downfall.
