Enrique Iglesias sliced up his hand on Saturday during a concert in Tijuana, Mexico after grabbing a drone that was filming his performance.
In the video of the event, it appears that Iglesias was trying to turn the drone around to face the audience so they could get a point of view shot.
However, he quickly flings the drone down on the ground after he injures himself.
The show went on despite Iglesias' bloody injury.
"He was semi-treated by crew on the side of the stage to try and stop the bleeding. He was advised to stop the show. He decided to go on and continued playing for 30 minutes while the bleeding continued throughout the show," Iglesias's representative told Rolling Stone in a statement.
Iglesias even used the blood to make art, drawing a heart on his shirt with his blood.
