Eliot Spitzer Concedes In New York City Comptroller Race
APFormer New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer has conceded in the New York City comptroller race, and Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer has won the Democratic primary.
With 92% of precincts reporting as of 11:21 p.m., The Associated Press projected Stringer as the winner with 51.8% of the vote.
