Assam board class 12th result: Meet the toppers from arts, science and commerce streams

Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) declared the results of class 12th board examination today, on June 25 at 9 am. The board released the results for science, arts and commerce streams. The overall pass percentage stood at 78.28% for arts, 88% for science and 88.18% for commerce.

Among the toppers are Abhinash Kalita from science stream, who scored 486 marks out of 500 bagging first position at 97.2%. While Krishna Maheshwari topped the commerce exams with 94.2%. Pubali Deka and Shraddha Bogohain secured first rank in arts stream with 96.2% marks.

The appeared students can check their scores on the board’s official website ahsec.nic.in. Alternatively, the result can also be viewed at resultassam.nic.in. The result can also be checked via SMS by typing ASSAM12ROLLNUMBER — and sending it to 56263.

Nearly 2.34 lakh students appeared for the exam this year. The exams were held from February 12 to March 14, 2020.
