ECB day: Draghi speaks
The bank left all of its main rates unchanged in a move widely expected by the markets. Markets however, are listening intently to what Draghi has to say on a wide variety of topics.
Draghi is likely to face questions on everything from concerns about the global economy, to criticisms from Germany about the ECB's recent decisions, and the state of Europe's banking system.
He is also expected to provide "information on the implementation aspects of the corporate sector purchase programme" first announced by the ECB at its previous meeting in March.
This post will be updated as Draghi speaks.
