Disoriented Wisconsin player tried to line up with Alabama in scary moment after a hard hit

In a scary moment during college football's opening weekend, Wisconsin saftey Mike Caputo went to line up with Alabama's offense after a hard hit (GIF via Vice Sports).

On the play, Caputo runs in to tackle Derrick Henry.
He dives low into the middle of the pile, and appears to hit his head.

And was very slow to get up.
Luckily, it was so obvious Caputo was not okay, trainers came out onto the field immediately, and he was taken out of the game.
