Disgraced Ex-San Diego Mayor Bob Filner Charged With Felony False Imprisonment

Disgraced former San Diego mayor Bob Filner has been charged with felony false imprisonment and two misdemeanor counts of battery, the Associated Press reports.

The charges involve three unnamed women victims, and Filner will have to appear in court at 10 a.m. California time, U-T San Diego reported.

Filner was forced to resign over the summer because of a sexual scandal that spurred him to go to intensive therapy for two weeks.
