Dangal, Aamir Khan's ambitious wrestling biopic on Mahavir Singh Phogat and his daughters Geeta and Babita Phogat released in theatres today and if reviews are anything to go by, we may just have the film of the year. The movie chronicles the journey of the trio through the world of wrestling and how they overcome prejudice and conventional societal beliefs about traditional notions of gender.

Apart from Aamir Khan in the pivotal role, the film also stars Sakshi Tanwar and newcomers Fatima Sana Sheikh and Sanya Malhotra.
