It’s start of New Year. You need to re-build your diet plan. Let Akhilesh Yadav, Narendra Modi and Donald Trump keep getting lime light for now, your stage would be set by the end of this year, for you would be all set with your chiselled abs.

First thing first. Put an end to sugar, extra cheese, dairy based stuff and fries from your diet. Delete the apps that get you burger and pizza at your doorstep.

However for initial few days, you need to train your brain not to get lured by junk food.

We know junk food is harmful for us. But we keep craving for it. And that brings to the biggest question- Why we crave?
