<p>The good news: 37 percent passed.</p>
<p>The bad news: 63 percent failed.</p>
<p>The results will be available on the <a href="http://www.cfainstitute.org/">CFA Institute 's website</a> after 9:00 AM ET on Wednesday January 23.</p>
