Central Connecticut State University Declares Lockdown After Reports Of 'Campus Emergency'

Central Connecticut State University in New Britain has declared a lockdown following a campus emergency, with some media outlets reporting that a person with a gun has been spotted on campus.

The school's official website has a message telling students to "Get inside buildings & Stay in place! Stay away from Windows."

One reporter on the scene says there is little happening, however:
