The central board of secondary education (CBSE) has announced the results for class 10 today. Earlier today, ANI had reported that CBSE will release the results at 3 pm but it came out at 02:24 pm instead leaving many surprised.
The pass percentage stands at 91.1% with Trivandrum recording the highest pass percentage at 99.85%, Chennai at 99% and Ajmer at 95.89%. Trivandrum had topped the list last year as well with 97.32% followed by Chennai with 93.87% and Delhi with 89%.
The pass percentage for Delhi has dropped this year by 8% to 80.97%.
