CBSE class 10th results: CBSE likely to announce results tomorrow, everything you should know

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to announce the class 10th results tomorrow on 05th May. However, in a statement today, CBSE said that they'll intimate about the result date beforehand. Ever since class 12th results came out, the speculations for 10th class being released in the same week have gone up and the searches are at all time high.

CBSE had conducted the class 10th exams back in March and it has been little over 5 weeks. However, as the board did with class 12 results, the chances are high that the 10th class results could be announced in the early hours of Sunday. CBSE on May 2nd took to Twitter to announce that it has declared the result for 12th class in a record time of 28 days.


A total of 83.4% students passed the class 12 exam while around 1 lakh students got compartment this year.
How to check class 10 results

Step 1: Visit the CBSE official website either at cbse.nic.in or cbseresults.nic.in
Step 2: Click on class 10th results link on the home page
Step 3: On the next page, enter your Roll No, Date of birth, School No and Centre No and click Submit.
Step 4: Click on Print/save as PDF when the result appears on the screen

Last year, CBSE had declared 10th class result after 55 days of conducting the exam, on 29th May but looking at the time it took to declare class 12 result, it is highly possible that the results can be announced anytime now.
